Orchestrating the details of her mother's surprise birthday party at nine may have been a clue to her future occupation. With her puffy-sticker plastered Trapper Keeper in tow she crafted the menu, ordered the food, decorated the house and enlisted the help of neighborhood "grown-ups" to execute the event. Fast forward to 1992, Mary launched a full-service catering company, she then started food styling for print and film, and even had an opportunity to cook for Julia Child. In 1996 Mary launched an event planning company that serves non-profit, corporate & social clients across the county. Mary's commitment to style, creativity and professionalism have brought her a loyal following over the years.
A life-long interest in manners and their impact on our everyday lives brought the addition of etiquette training to her business in 2004. Mary teaches business etiquette to colleges, universities, businesses and organizations. Mary is "committed to making etiquette, formerly perceived as outdated in today's society, relevant in today's culture.
